William Beard looked out 12 deal balks for use of navigation.
Pieces of land for sale by auction: piece of meadow next below Wallbridge Wharf let to Mr Samuel Leech; timber yard and piece of meadow at Dudbridge let to Mr Edward Keene; piece of meadow at Dudbridge let to Mr Samuel Clutterbuck; small bit at Westfield Bridge; 2 pieces at Lockham Bridge; and all others to Kemmet’s Orchard, to be advertised three times in Gloucester Journal.
At a Meeting of the Committee of the Stroudwater Navigation held at the George Inn in Stroud on Tuesday the 3^rd of March 1795 there not being a sufficient number to constitute a Meeting on the 20^th January last

M^r Barnard having measured the Carpenters Work at the Warehouse at Framiload done by M^r Keene, and the latter still dissatisfied, Ordered that M^r W^m Miles be requested to measure the same on our part, and a man appointed by M^r Keene on his part, and their admeasurements be reported to the next Committee Meeting.
Will^m Beard reported that he has look'd out 12 Deal Balks for the use of the Navigation.
Ordered that a Sale by Auction of the following Pieces of Land belonging to the Proprietors of the Stroudwater Navigation (Viz: The Piece of the Meadow next below Walbridge Wharf let to M^r Sam^l Such. The Timber Yard and Piece of Meadow at Dudbridge let to M^r Ew^d Keene. The Piece of Meadow at D^o let to M^R Sam^l Clutterbuck. A small Bit at Westfield Bridge. 2 Pieces at Lockham Bridge, and all others to Kemmetts Orchard) be advertised three times in the Glocester Journal.
Adjourned this Meeting to Friday the 27^th Ins^t at 11 o Clock in the forenoon at the George Inn in Stroud.
