Mr Pegler's bill for painting and other works.
Lead on boat house to be taken off. Low flat roof covered with blue slate.
Shed to be made at east end of Thomas Lewis's house at the Double Lock, 8 feet wide.
At a Meeting of the Committee of the Stroudwater Navigation held at the Committee room at Walbridge on Monday the 9^th of April 1798

Read the Minutes of the last Meeting.
Examined M^r Peglers Bill for Painting and Sundry other Works. Ordered that the same be paid.
Ordered that the Lead on the Boat House be taken off, and he same made a low flatt Roof, and covered with blue Slate.
Ordered that a Shed be made at the East End of Tho^s Lewis's House at the Double Lock, eight feet wide.
Ordered that a Bill be drawn on the Treasurer for the Sum of Five Hundred & eight Pounds eight shillings & five pence for the use of the Navigation.
