The Rev^d W Ellis, Mess^rs Wood, Jones & Nath^l Wathen reported that they had been this Morning to Framiload and had surveyed the State of the Company's Land contiguous to their Warehouse at that place, and it appearing that a Wall of nine feet high would be an insufficient protection to both the Company Land and Warehouse, Resolved that the Wall be carried up to the height of about 7^Feet 6^Ins from the foundation when upon receiving notification thereof the Committee will inspect the state of the Work and fully determine on the elegibility of building the Wall either nine or twelve feet high, which latter heigth is considered by several of the Committee to be most desirable.
Tho^s Cook attended examined a State of the Account of the same due to him for erecting a New Lock on the site of the Blunder Lock. The Account being agreed to, Resolved that the Ballance of 20^£..4^s due to the said Tho^s Cook be forthwith paid.
