Secure repository to be made for books of Company. Opening in middle wall of office, iron shelves with two folding iron doors and secure lock with two keys.
At a Meeting of the Committee of the Stroudwater Navigation held at the Committee room at Walbridge on Monday the 4^th January 1802
Present: Sam^l Wathen, Benj^n Grazebrooke, Rev^d W^m Ellis, Jn^o Allaway, Rev^d J Colborne, Rowles Scudamore, Nath^l Wathen, Nath^l Jones.
Read the Minutes of the last Meeting.
Confirmed the Order of the Weekly pay of Martha Share.
It appearing to the Committee that there was not at present any secure repository for the Books of the Company, Ordered that an opening be made in the middle Wall of the Office, in which Iron Shelves should be made for the aforesaid purpose, with tow folding Iron doors and a secure Lock with two Keys.
Adjourn'd this Meeting to Monday the 15^th of Feb^y next at 3 o'Clock in the Afternoon at the Committee room at Walbridge.
