At a Meeting of the Committee of the Stroudwater Navigation held at the Committee room at Walbridge on Tuesday the 23^rd of November 1802
Present: Sam^l Wathen, Joseph Grazebrook, Rev^d W^m Ellis, Nath^l Wathen, Benj^n Grazebrook.
Read the Minutes of the last Meeting.
Continued the Orders unexecuted of the 3^rd of June last.
Mess^rs Samuel & Nathaniel Wathen produced Letters of Administration under the seal of the Perogative Court of the Archbishop of Canterbury dated 11^th November 1802 addressed to them in consequence of the decease of their late Brother Josiah Isles Wathen Esq^r formerly of Lincoln's Inn, and late Judge Surrogate of the Vice Admiralty Court of Minorca intestate under which a Claim is made of two Shares N^o 18, 21 in the Stroudwater Navigation in behalf of M^rs Ann Wathen of Stroud Widdow, Mother of the said deceased, of M^r William Jenkins of Sheptonmallet in right of his Wife Sarah the Sister, and of Mess^rs Sam^l & Nath^l Wathen of the Parish of Stroud the Brother of the said deceased, in such proportions as is ordered by law and the Claims of the Parties before mentioned are hereby admitted.
Adjourned this Meeting to Tuesday the 4^th of January next at 3 o'Clock in the Afternoon at the Committee room at Walbridge.
