Capt Clegram’s Award was read and his proposed plan for alteration to the crane at Dudbridge was inspected. Our solicitor to serve Messrs Waring with a copy of the Award and plan.
Taxes on house at Wallbridge to be paid by company in future.
At a Meeting of the Committee of the Stroudwater Navigation held at the Committee Room at Wallbridge on Wednesday the 15ht day of December 1847
Present: M^r Henry Sikes, M^r Jn^o Holbrow, Dan Watts, Rich^d Martin, G H A Beard, Fred^k Eycott, T C Croome, Will^m Fryer, Jn^o H Warman Chairman.
A Satisfactory explanation having been given relative to the late M^r Geo Wathens account,
Ordered that the same be paid.
Capt Clegram having made his Award relative to the Crane at Dudbridge, the same was read and the proposed plan of alteration inspected.
Ordered that our Solicitor do prepare a copy of such Award and Plan and serve Mess^rs Warings with the same forthwith.
Ordered that in future the Taxes for the house at Wallbridge in which our Clerk resides be paid by the Company and that the requisite notice be given to the Overseers, Churchwardens and Surveyors of the Highways of the parish of Painswick to asses this Company in future as the Occupiers of the said house and premises.
Ordered that the following Bills be paid:
