At a Meeting of the Committee of the Stroudwater Navigation held at the Committee Room at Wallbridge on Wednesday the 26th day of October 1853
Present: M^r Fred Eycott, M^r Hen Harris Chairman, Jn H Warman, G H A Beard, Tho^s C Croome, Rich^d Martin, Will^m Fryer, C H FIsher.
The Common Seal of the Company was fixed to one part of the Agreement with the Thames & Severn Canal Company.
The various books Accounts and Vouchers signed by M^r Cooper the Auditor and certified to be correct were produced and Examined.
The Treasurer's book was produced Examined & signed.
Stoppage of the use of the Towing path to the Public:
