In future all coals from Framilode to Ebley and all places to Wallbridge to be charged at 1s 6d per ton, with no drawback.
At a Meeting of the Committee of the Stroudwater Navigation held at the Committee at Wallbridge on Wednesday the 23^d day of April 1856
Present: M^r W H Fryer Chairman, M^r C Hawker, T C Croome, J H Warman, G H A Beard, F Eycott, C Hooper, H Harris.
The various Accounts Books and Vouchers signed by Mr Cooper the Auditor & certified to be correct were produced and examined.
The Treasurer's Book was produced examined & signed.
Ordered that in future the Sum of 1^s/6 per Ton be charged as Tonnage on Coals carried from Framilode to Ebley and all intermediate places to Wallbridge without the present system of drawback.
