At a Meeting of the Committee of the Stroudwater Navigation held at the Committee Room at Wallbridge on Thursday the 25^th day of October 1860
Present: M^r F Eycott, M^r G H A Beard Chairman, C Hawker, N S Marling, J H Warman, C H Fisher, H Harris, H H Wilton.
The various accounts Books and Vouchers signed by M^r Cooper the Auditor and certified to be correct were produced and examined and passed.
The Treasurer's book was produced examined and signed.
The draft of an agreement with M^r Samuel Critchley was laid before the Committee & approved and ordered to be signed by M^r Harris on behalf of the Committee.
A Contract for building a Stable on the Wharf at Stonehouse by M^r Thomas Spire of Eastington was laid before the Committee and accepted and the work ordered to be done.
Ordered that the following payment be made:
Income Tax to 20 September last: 74..9..9
