At a Meeting of the Committee of the Stroudwater Navigation held at the Committee Room at Wallbridge on Tuesday June 18^th 1861
Present: M^r J H Warman, M^r T M Croome Chairman, F Eycott, G H A Beard, H Harris, C Hooper, C Hawker.
M^r James Nurse attended the Committee and terms were discussed and arranged with him for his retaking the Houses and Garden at Dudbridge Wharf which he signed and an agreement was ordered to be prepared accordingly.
