Mr E Cooper resigned as Auditor in consequence of declining health. Special meeting called for 13 December to elect a new Auditor and a new member for the committee.
At a Meeting of the Committee of the Stroudwater Navigation held at the Committee Room at Wallbridge on Tuesday the 14^th day of November 1864
Present: M^r F Eycott, M^r G H A Beard Chairman, J H Warman, C Hooper, T M Croome.
A Letter was read from M^r E Cooper resigning his situation as Auditor in consequence of declining health. Ordered that the said resignation be accepted.
Ordered that a Special General Meeting of the Proprietors of the Company be called on Tuesday the 13^th day of December next to elect a new Auditor in the place of M^r Cooper who has resigned and also to elect a new Member of the Committee and for general business.
