Towing path dangerous near Messrs. Ford Brothers’ mill and they had trespassed on property of Canal Company. Subcommittee to investigate this and other complaints.
Insurance of Company property to be arranged with Norwich Union.
At a Meeting of the Committee of the Stroudwater Navigation held at the Committee Room at Wallbridge on Wednesday the 19^th day of November 1865
Present: M^r F Eycott, C Hooper Chairman, J H Warman, J T Fisher, G H A Beard, T M Croome.
The Surveyor reported that the Towing Path has become dangerous near to Mess^rs Ford Brother's Mill and that they have trespassed on the property of the Canal Company.
Resolved that a Sub-Committee be appointed to investigate this and other complaints against this Firm consisting of Mess^rs Warman, Beard, Eycott and C H Fisher.
Resolved that M^r Warman Insure all the Buildings and Houses belonging to the Company in the Norwich Union Office according to the instructions of the Committee given this day.
