Draft petition against Bill for Thames & Severn Railway approved.
Mr S Biddell asked permission to erect a stable and cart house against garden wall of Company’s house at Wallbridge. Granted, with annual rent of 1s.
New bridge to be put in at Holly Orchard. 1 day stoppage if required.

The Draft Petition to the House of Lords against the Thames and Severn Railway Bill was read approved and settled.
M^r S^y Biddell attended and asked permission to erect a Stable and Cart House against the garden wall of the Company's House at Wallbridge. It was resolved that such permission be given on an Annual Tenantcy of 1^s/ Rental.
Ordered that the new Bridge be put in at Hilly Orchard and that there be a stoppage of one day if requisite.
