Sir On the 10^th Instant your Boat the Ann cleared out for only 14 Tons. of R Stone. I have been informed you were paid for 20 Tons. I am instructed by the Com"tee of Stroudwater Navigation to apply to you for the difference of the Tonnage 3^s/ & to inform you that should such an incorrect description of cargo be again given the full penalty will be exacted of £2 per Ton.
