Susannah Chalie claimed shares nos.22,180,189,103, will of John Chalie.
New schooner finished and expected to arrive here in a few days. Ordered that the builder be paid £400 on account and that Mr Bird be employed to inspect it and report to the committee whether it is finished according to the contract.

Read the Minutes of the last Meeting.
Continued the Orders of the last Meeting M^r Joseph Grazebrook attended on behalf of Susannah Chalie, Widdow( the Relict of Jn^o Chalie late of Bedford Square in the County of Middlesex; and of Wimbledon in the County of Surrey, but now of Mincing Lane in the Parish of (? Quinoton) in the East, London Esq^r) and made out her Claim to 4 Shares N^os 22..180..189..103 in the Stroudwater Navigation late the property of the said Jn^ o Chalie, by producing Letters of Administration granted the 31^st August 1803 by the Perogative Court of the Archbishop of Canterbury to the said Susannah Chalie, by which the said Susannah Chalie is entitled to the said Shares and her claim is hereby admitted.
Our Clerk reported that the new Schooner was finished and that it was expected to arrive here in a few days~~~ Ordered that the Builder

Be paid Four Hundred Pounds on Account and that M^r Bird be employed to inspect it and report to the Committee whether it is finished according to the Contract.
Adjourned this Meeting to Tuesday the 14^th of February next at 3 oClock in the Afternoon at the Committee room at Walbridge.
