Mr Beard having agreed for about 1200 feet of oak timber at 2s 9d per foot in pursuance of the direction of the last meeting, the contract was confirmed.
Mr William Hogg shall be appointed to succeed Mr Rich. Cam in the management of the coal trade. He shall give security to the amount of £300 to be answerable for deficiencies that may occur in the coal account and that upon entering into the House he shall take the fixtures, casks and stock of Mr Cam at a proper valuation and pay for it at a time to be named by the Committee and that 1d per ton for tallying shall be allowed on the stock of coals in hand.
No transfer of any share shall be entered in the register book of the Company unless the proper stamp has been affixed to the instrument.
The Ebley Level shall be supplied from the Brook leading to Mr Clissolds Mill pond agreeable to a former order of this committee.

Continued the Orders of the last Meeting
M^r Beard having agreed for about 1200^Feet Oak Timber at 2^s/9^d per Foot in pursuance of the direction of the last Meeting. Ordered that the Contract be confirmed
Ordered that M^r William Hogg shall be appointed to succeed M^r Rich^d Cam in the management of the Coal Trade that he shall give Security in the amount of 300^£ to be answerable for any defficiency that may occur in the Coal Acc^t and that upon entering into the House he shall take the fixtures, Casks and Stock of M^r Cam at a proper valuation and shall pay for it at a time to be named by the Committee and that 1^d per Ton for Tallying shall be allowed on the Stock of Coals in hand.
