Mr Veale having answered respecting the weirs and pipe at Framilode that we may either repair the same or stop them up, the pipe and weir are to be immediately stopped up by William Beard.
The Thames & Severn Canal Company having evaded an answer to our resolution of the 19 May, resolved that we will wait until our next meeting hoping that in the meantime we shall have a satisfactory answer.
The ground lying between the Severn Lock and Framilode to be fenced and enclosed.
£274 10s 8d be drawn from the treasurer for the use of the Navigation.

Read the Minutes of the last Meeting. Continued the Orders of the last Meeting
M^r Veale having returned for answer to our Resolution at the last Meeting respecting the Wear and Pipe at Framiload that we may either repair the same or stop them up. Resolved that the Pipe and the Wear be immediatly stopped up and that William Beard do forthwith compleat the Work.
The Thames and Severn Company having evaded an Answer to the Resolution or the Meeting of the 19^th of Aug^t. Resolved that we will wait until our next Meeting, hoping that in the meantime we will have a Satisfactory answer.
Ordered that the Ground lying between the Severn Lock and Framiload be forthwith properly fenced and inclosed. Ordered that a Bill be drawn on the Treasurer for the Sum of Two Hundred and Seventy four pounds , ten Shillings and eight pence for the use of the Navigation.
