Annual inspection on the Company’s Barge.
Barnard Hole to attend as lock keeper at Framilode in the room of William Pavey deceased on the terms of £40 per annum and his house and garden, his whole time to be devoted to the services of the Company.
At a Meeting of the Committee of the Stroud water Navigation held on Board the Company's Barge on Wednesday the 7^th of June 1809
Present: Benj^n Grazebrook, Henry Eycott, Jos^h Grazebrook, Will^m Stanton, Ja^s Tyers, Nath^l Jones, Nath^l Wathen, Tho^s Holbrow.

Agreed with Barnard Hole to attend as Lock keeper, etc, at Framiload in the room of W^m Pavey deceased on the terms of £40 per Annum and his House and Garden, his whole time to be devoted to the services of the Company.
Adjourn'd this Meeting to Wednesday the 28 of June Ins^t at 5 o'Clock in the Afternoon at the Committee room at Wallbridge
