Benjamin Grazebrook claimed shares nos.176,144, will of his father Benjamin Grazebrook.
At a Meeting of the Committee of the Stroudwater Navigation held at the Committee room at Walbridge on Monday the 9^th April 1810
Present: Jos^h Grazebrook, Nath^l Jones, Henry Eycott, Tho^s Holbrow, Rowles Scudamore, Will^m Stanton.

M^r J Grazebrook attended on behalf of his Brother Benj^n Grazebrook and made out his Claim to two Shares N^o 176, 144 late the property of his Father Benj^n Grazebrook the Elder deceased, by producing the Probate of the Will of the said Benj^n Grazebrook the Elder having date the 19^th Aug"t 1807 and duly proved in the Perogation Court of the Archbishop of Canterbury 15^th Feb^y 1810 whereby the said two Shares are Bequeathed to his Son Benjamin Grazebrook and his Claim is hereby admitted.
Ordered that a Bill be drawn on the Treasurer for the Sum of Two Hundred, ninety five Pounds, on Shilling & on half penny for the use of the Navigation.
