Mrs Ann Allaway claimed shares nos.123,124,125,126, will of her husband John Allaway.
At a Meeting of the Committee of the Stroudwater Navigation held at the Committee room at Walbridge on Tuesday the 28^th August 1810
Present: Joseph Grazebrook, Will^m Stanton, James Tyers, Tho^s Holbrow, Rowles Scudamore.
Read the Minutes of the last Meeting.
M^rs Ann Allaway attended and made out her Claim to four Shares N^o 123, 124, 125, 126 in the Stroudwater Navigation late the Property of her late Husband M^r Jn^o Allaway of Stroud deceased by producing the Probate of the Will of the said John Allaway bearing date the 9^th December 1809 and duly proved in the Perogative Court of the Archbishop of Canterbury 20^th June 1810 whereby it appears that the said Ann Allaway is sole Executrix and her claim is hereby admitted.
Adjourned this Meeting to Monday the 8^th OCto^r next at three o'Clock in the Afternoon at the the Committee room at Walbridge.
