Half Yearly General Meeting Tonnage £1706 7s 8½. Balance after wages, etc, £1288 12s 10d. Dividend of £5 declared.
On reconsideration of the order of 11 June 1811 to grant a road from the turnpike road near Mr Clutterbuck’s house at Dudbridge to the premises occupied by Mr Thomas Grazebrook in lieu of his right of road across the wharf, the order was rescinded before a majority.

The Minutes of the last General Meeting were Read and Confirmed.
The several Books and Accounts were produced respecting the Affairs of the Company as directed by the Act of Parliament, examined and Confirmed.
It appears by the Accounts that the Sum of £1706..7^s..8½^d has been received for Tonnage from the 14^th of April last to this day, a part of which has been applied towards the payment of Wages, Disburstments, etc, there remains in the Treasurers hands after paying the last Dividend and the Sum of £124..17^s..- for Property Tax the Sum of £1288..12^s..10^d. Ordered that a Dividend of £5 on each Share be paid by the Treasurer on the second day of November next and that our Clerk do transmit Circular Letters to all the Proprietors to inform them they may draw upon the Treasurer or apply to him for payment of the same.
On re-consideration of the Order of 7^th June 1811 to grant M^r Thomas Grazebrook a road from the Turnpike road near M^r Clutterbuck's House at Dudbridge to the premises occupied by M^r Tho^s Grazebrook in lieu of his right of road across the Wharf the order was rescinded before a Majority.
