P H Fisher, Rev. Charles Palmer and Mr Robert Hughes of Stroud, claimed share no.75, will of Anne Colborne.
At a Meeting of the Committee of the Stroudwater Navigation held at the Committee room at Walbridge on Monday the 11^th of April 1814
Present: Rowles Scudamore, Jn^o Morgan, Henry Eycott, P H Fisher, Tho^s Carruthers, Jn^o Snowden, W^m Stanton, Jn^o Holbrow.

P H Fisher attended on behalf of himself and the Rev^d Cha^s Palmer and M^r Rob^t Hughes of Stroud Gentlemen, Executors of the late M^rs Anne Colborne of Stroud aforesaid Widow deceased, and made out their Claim to one Share N^o 75 in the Stroudwater Navigation the Property of the said Anne Colborne by producing the Probate of the Will of the said Anne Colborne bearing date the 7^th day of Sep^r 1813 and duly proved in the Perogative Court of the Archbishop of Canterbury the 19^th of Feb^y last whereby it appears that the said Cha^s Palmer, P H Fihser and Robert Hughes are the joint Executors thereof and their Claims are hereby admitted.
