General Half Yearly Meeting, Tonnage £3315 1s. Balance after wages, etc, £2675 5s 4d. Dividend of £12 declared.
£200 to be added to capital employed in the Coal Trade, bringing total to £1700.
10 guineas be given to George Hawker for completing an index to the Company’s proceedings.
Tonnage of sand to be lowered to 2s 4d to Wallbridge, and proportionally elsewhere.

At a General half Yearly Meeting of the Proprietors of the Stroudwater Navigation held at the George Inn Stroud on Tuesday the 11^th April 1815

The minutes of the last General Meeting were read & confirmed.
The several Books and accounts were produced respecting the affairs of the Company so directed by the Act of Parliament, examined and confirmed.
It appears by the accounts that the sum of £3315..1..0 has been received for Tonnage, etc, from the 11^th Day of October last to this day, a part of which has been applied towards the payment of Wages, Disbursments, etc, and that there remains in The Treasurer hands after paying the last dividend and the Sum of £112..0..6 for Property Tax the Sum of £2675..5..4.
Ordered that a Dividend of £12..0..0 each Share be paid by the Treasurer on the first day of May next & that our Clerk do transmit circular Letters to all Proprietors to inform them that the may draw upon the Treasurer or apply to him for payment of the same.
It appearing advisable that an increase should be made to the Capital employed in the Coal Trade, Ordered that the sum of £200..-..- be taken from the Money received for Tonnage of the last half year & applied to such purpose, making the whole Capital £1700.
Ordered that the Sum of Ten Guineas be given to M^r Geo Hawker for his troubles in having completed an Index of the Companys Journals of proceedings.
Ordered that (?) Tonnage on Sand be lowered to the Sum of 2^s..4 oer Ton to Wallbridge & in proportion to other places.
