Mr Price had not inspected dredging machine, asked to do so before next General Meeting.
William Beard quit his place as Lock Keeper. Interim Lock Keeper to be Ambrose Beard.

Read the minutes of the last Meeting.
M^r Price not having attended the Committee to give his opinion respecting the Mudding Machine, Ordered that he be requested to inspect the Machine tomorrow morning & to attend the General Meeting of Proprietors to give his opinion of the efficacy of the machine.
William Beard having given notice to quit the Place of Lockkeeper to the Company, Ordered that Amb^r Beard be appointed to fill his place untill a more proper Person can be found for the purpose.
