At a Meeting of the Committee of the Stroud Water Navigation held at the Committee Room at Wallbridge on Monday the 16^th Day of October 1815
Present: R Miller, James Tyers, Tho^s Holbrow, H Eycott, Jos Jones, Tho Carruthers, Nath^l Jones.
Resolved that M^r John Upton be paid the balance of his account (£146) in consequence of his promising to furnish a Windlass & Stays for the Cutters.
