At a Meeting of the Committee of the Stroudwater Navigation held at the Committee Room at Wallbridge On Tuesday the 21^st day of November 1815
Present: Rowles Scudamore, W^m Stanton, Nath^l Jones, Thos Carruthers, James Tyers, P H Fisher, Jos Jones, John Morgan, Tho Holbrow, Henry Eycott, Rich^d Miller, John Holbrow, John Snowden.
Read the minutes of the last Meeting.
Ordered that John Brown be discharged from his employment under the Company as their vendor of Coals at the Bristol Road Wharf & that the Clerk do give Him three Months notice of the same.
Ordered that William White be appointed to sell the Coal at the Bristol Road Wharf & to keep the Company's Warehouse there in the stead of John Brown.
Ordered that a Tarpaulin be provided for covering the Steam Engine during the Winter.
Ordered that the Clerk do pay M^r Charles Newman the amount of his bill delivered for business done. ~~~ Adjourned this Meeting to Thursday the second Day of January 1816.
