Land at Ryeford presently let to Thomas Lewis to be let to Paul Beard at 30s per annum from Lady Day, and afterward as a tenant from year to year.
The price of coal at Wallbridge and Dudbridge Wharf to be altered as listed in minutes. Public to be notified as soon as possible.
At a Meeting of the Committee of the Stroud Water Navigation held at the Committee Room at Wallbridge on Tuesday the 13^th Day of February 1816
Present: James Tyers, John Holbrow, Jos Jones, Henry Eycott, Nath"l Jones, Will^m Stanton, John Snowden, John Morgan, P H Fisher, Rowles Scudamore, Rich^d Miller.
Ordered that the Land at the Ryeford now rented by Tho Lewis, be let to M^r Paul Beard at thirty Shillings per Annum from Lady-day next and afterwards as a Tenant from Year to Year.
Ordered that the prices of Coals be alterd as Under at Wallbridge & Dudbridge Wharfs, & that hand bills & cards to that effect be sent about the County in every direction for the purpose of making the Public acquainted with it as early as possible:
