William Seville claimed shares nos,135,136,137,138,139, will of his father William Seville.
Quick to be planted around the garden of the Clerk’s house at Framilode and it be fenced.
At a Meeting of the Committee of Stroudwater Navigation held at the Committee Room at Wallbridge on Tuesday the 5^th Day of March 1816
Present: Nath^l Jones, Thomas Holbrow, Rowles Scudamore, P H Fisher, Richard Miller.
M^r William Sevill the natural & Lawfull Son of William Sevill late of Chalford in the Parish of Bisley in the County and Diocease of Gloster Clothier deceased (who died intestate) attended and made out his Claim for five Shares N^os 135, 136, 137, 138, 139 in the Stroud Water Navigation late the property of the said William Sevill deceased, by producing Letters of Administration granted on the first day of Mach now Instant by the Consistory Court of the Diocease of Gloster to the said William Sevill the Sone & Claimant, by which He becomes entitled to the said five Shares, and his Claim is hereby admitted.
Ordered that Quick be planted around the Garden of the Clerk's House at Framiload & that it be fenced.
