Summary

Annual inspection on the Company Barge.
The bridge at Stonehouse Cross to be repaired.
New pair of gates to be put in at Whitminster as soon as possible.
Towpath at Framilode to be repaired.
William Purcell to quit the house he now lives in at Midsummer, and that the tiles be removed for the inspection of the roof. Messrs Eycott, Holbrow and Stanton to inspect building and order necessary repairs and alterations.

At a Meeting of the Committee of the Stroudwater Navigation held on Board the Companys Barge on Tuesday the 11^th of June 1816
Present: John Morgan, Rich^d Miller, John Snowden, Henry Eycott, John Holbrow, Tho Holbrow, Jos^h Jones.
Order'd that the Bridge at Stonehouse Cross be repaired.
Order'd that the Roving Bridge be immediately repaired.
Order'd that a New pair of Lock Gates be put in at the Lock at Whitminster with all possible dispatch.
Order'd that the towing path at Framiload be put in repair.
Order'd that William Purcell do quit the House He now lives in, at Midsummer next, & that the Tiles be immediately after taken off for the inspection of the Roof by Mess^rs Eycott, Holbrow & Stanton, who are requested to survey the Building & to order the necessary repairs and alterations.
