Thomas Grazebrook having applied through George Wathen for a right of road across Dudbridge Wharf to and from his late warehouse, no such right of road to be granted.
The Company expect an application from the Parish of Stonehouse to repair the bridge over the stream near Ryeford so requested a case to be prepared and stated to Counsel for an opinion as to the liability of the Company to repair the bridge.
At a Meeting of the Committee of the Stroudwater Navigation held at the Committee Room at Wallbridge on Tuesday the 11^th February 1817

M^r Thomas Grazebrook having applied applied through M^r Geo Wathen for a right of Road across the Dudbridge Wharf to & from his late Warehouse for the purpose of using the same ad a Warehouse as heretofore, Ordered that no such right of Road shall be granted.
It being expected that an Application would be made on the part of the Parish of Stonehouse to the Company of Proprietors to Repair the Bridge over the Stream near the Ryeford Bridge, Ordered that a case by prepared and stated to Counsel for an opinion as to the liability of the Company of Proprietors to Repair the said Bridge.
