John New, Henry Freeman Coleman, John Sherrard Coleman, Thomas Coleman and Thomas Jarman claimed shares nos.190,130,131,129,1,128,185, will of Rev John Bull.
The land opposite the house of John Ravenell be let to him for 20s per annum from Midsummer last.
At a Meeting of the Committee of the Stroudwater Navigation held at the Committee Room at Wallbridge on Tuesday the 25^th day of March 1817

Francis Jarman of the City of Bristol, Gent^n attended on the part & behalf of John New of the City of Bristol D^r of Physic, Henry Freeman Coleman & John Sherrard Coleman, of Market Harbro in the County of Leicester, Esq^rs, and Thomas Jarmon of the City of Birstol Gent^n (acting Execs in trust of the last Will & Testament of the Rev^d John Bull late of the City of Bristol, MA deceased) and made out their claim to seven Shares N^os 190, 130, 131, 129, 1, 128 and 185 in the Stroudwater Navigation late the property of the said John Bull deceased by producing the Probate of the Will of the said John Bull deceased bearing date the 23^rd November 1816 and duly proved in the perogative Court of the Archbishop of Canterbury the 28^th day of January 1817. By which it appears that the same John New, Henry Freeman Coleman, Jon Sherrard Coleman, Thomas Coleman, & Thomas Jarman were appointed joint Executors in Trust of the said Will & the said probate thereof was granted to the said John New, H F Coleman, J S Coleman & Thomas Jarman (with a reservation of the power of making the like grant to the said Thomas Colemand the other Executor). And their Claim is hereby admitted.
Ordered that the Land opposite the House of M^r Ravenell be let to him for twenty Shillings per Annum from Midsummer last.
