At a Meeting of the Committee of the Stroudwater Navigation held at the Committee Room at Walbridge on Tuesday teh 31^st day of March 1818
Present: Rev M^r Jones, M^r Miller, M^r H Jones, M^r Fisher, M^R Tho Holbrow, M^r Eycott, M^r Scudamore, M^r Stanton.
Read teh miutes of the last Meeting.
Examined the Books and Accounts of the Company. Produced the valuation of M^r Trinder the Surveyor relating to the damages to M^rs Hoggs Land & to the Land of Mess^rs Harris, Stephens & C^o by the Mud being laid by the Canal Company as directed at the last Committee Meeting.
The damages to M^rs Hogg's Land having been by him valued at £20..4..0,
Order'd that our Clerk do tender to Her the Sum of £25..-..- for damages forthwith.
The Damage to Mess^rs Harris, Stephen's & Co's Land having been valued at £6..14..6, Ordered that our Clerk do tender to them the Sum of £7..7..0 for damages forthwith.
Adjourn'd this Meeting to Tuesday the 14^th of April.
