Annual inspection on board the Company Barge.
Wall of lock at Eastington Bridge to be repaired.
Lock gates at the White Bridge to be repaired.
The old cottages at Framilode to be demolished and 3 new tenements to be erected instead.

Read the minutes of the last Meeting.
Ordered that the Wall of the Lock at Eastington Bridge be repaired.
Ordered that the Lock Gates at White Bridge to be repaired immediately.
The old cottages at Framiload rented by John Longney & James Grimes being in a delapidated state, Ordered that the said cottages be taken down and that three new Tenements be erected instead.
