Special Meeting. The opinion of Mr Ludlow to be taken on whether the Company will be compelled to appoint Commissioners.
At a Special Meeting of the Committee of the Stroudwater Navigation held at the Committee Room at Walbridge on Wednesday the 27^th day of January 1819
Present: W W Darke, J Snowden, N Jones, T Holbrow, R Scudamore, P H Fisher.
Our Clerk having been served with notices from certain Proprietors of Mills with respect to the appointing of Commissioners, Order'd that the opinion of M^r Ludlow should be taken upon the simple question, whether by the Act of Parliament the Company will be compelled by Mandamus to appoint Commissioners.
