Mr Ludlow advised the Company should not attend the meeting of Commissioners to appoint new Commissioners. Agreed.

Read the minutes of the last Meeting.
Examined the Books and Accounts of the Company.
M^r Ludlows opinion having been requested as to the propriety of the Company's attending the meeting of Commissioners called for the purpose of appointing New Commissioners under the Acts relating to the Stroudwater Navigation and his opinion having been read, and He having advised that the said Company should not attend such meeting, Ordered that M^r Ludlow's opinion be followed.
