Application of the Wilts & Berks and the North Wilts Canal Companies for the drawback on coals passing below Radcot Bridge that was granted in 1814 be rescinded from 1 June.
At a General half Yearly Meeting of the Proprietors of the Stroudwater Navigation held at the George Inn in Stroud on Wednesday the 14^th day of April 1819

The minutes of the last General Meeting were read and confirmed.
The several Books & accounts were produced respecting the affairs of the Company as directed by Act of Parliament examined and confirmed.
It appears by the accounts that the Sum of £3350..0..3 has been received for Tonnage, etc, from the 13^th day of October last to the 13^th Instant a part of which has been applied towards the payment of wages disbursments, etc, and that there remains in the Treasurers hands after paying the last dividend the Sum of £2897..13..11.
Ordered that a dividend of £14..0..0 on each Share be paid by the Treasurer on the 7^th day of May next and our Clerk do transmit circular Letters to all the proprietors to inform them that they may draw upon the Treasurer, or apply to him for payment of the same.
The following Gentlemen are appointed a Committee for the ensuing Year, Viz:
W W Darke MD, Will^m Stanton, Henry Eycott, Geo Wathen, Tho Holbrow W^m Veel, Nath^l Jones, P H Fisher, John Morgan, Rev^d W^m James, Rowles Scudamore, Rich^d Miller, John Snowden.
Ordered that the resolution granting a drawback on Coals passing to or below Radcott Bridge which was made at a General Meeting of the Proprietors on the 12^th day of April 1814 be rescinded from and after the 1^st day of June next, & that our Clerk do give notice thereof to the Parties interested.
Application having been made from the Wilts & Berks and the North Wilts Canal Companies for the allowance of the aforesaid drawback on Coals passing along their Canals, Ordered that our Clerk do communicate a reply that the same cannot be acceded to, the drawback being wholly take off by the above resolution.
