Examined the Books and accounts of the Company.
William Harris, W^m Harrison, Job Guy & Rich^d Nen appeared before the Committee & declared that they stopped the Towing path of the Canal on the 1^st, 2^nd, 3^rd & 4^th days of this Instant March & prevented the public from passing thereon.
