A wall to be built around the Company Wharf at Stonehouse with proper coping, gates, posts, iron work and fastenings.

At a General half Yearly meeting of the proprietors of Stroudwater Navigation held at the George Inn, Stroud on Wednesday the 19^th day of April 1820
P H Fisher Esqr in the Chair.
The minutes of the last General Meeting were read and confirmed.
The several Books and accounts were produced respecting the affairs of the Company (as directed by Act of Parliament) examined and confirmed.
It appears by the accounts that the Sum of _£2850..15..6_ has been received for Tonnage, etc, from the 13^th day of October last to the 13^th Instant, a part of which has been applied towards the payment of wages disbursements, etc, and that there remains in the Treasurers hands, after paying the last dividend the Sum of _£2259..3..9_.
Ordered that a dividend of £11..0..0 be paid on each Share by the Treasurer on the first day of May next, and that our Clerk do transmit circular Letters to all the Proprietors to inform them that they may draw on the Treasurer, or apply to him for payment of the Same.
The following Gentlemen are appointed a Committee for the ensuing Year, Viz:
W W Darke MD, W^m Stanton, Hen^y Eycott, Jn^o Snowden, P H Fisher, A Townsend, Tho Holbrow, W Veel, Nath^l Jones, Geo Wathen, Jn^o Morgan The Rev W James, R Scudamore.
Ordered that a Wall be build around the Comp^y Wharf at Stonehouse Cross with proper coping, Gates, Posts, Iron work & fastening thereto.
