Edward Wilbraham and William Browning Smith claimed share no.94, will of Henry Sheppard.
Miss Eliza Ford and Miss Frances Ford claimed shares nos.151,77,78,153, will of Hannah Frances Ford.
At a Meeting of the Committee of the Stroudwater Navigation held at the Committee Room at Walbridge on Tuesday the 17^th day of October 1820
Present: Tho Holbrow, Will^m Stanton, Nath^l Jones, Rowles Scudamore, D^r Darke, Geo Wathen, Henry Eycott, John Morgan.

Examined the books and Accounts of the Company.
George Hawker attended on behalf of Edward Wilbraham of Cirencester in the County of Gloucester Esq^r and William Browning Smith of Horseley in the County of Gloucester Clothier administratorys of the Will & Codicil of Henry Sheppard late of Barton End in the Parish of Horseley in the County of Gloucester Gentleman deceased & made out their Claim to one Share N^o 94 in the Stroudwater Navigation the property of the said Henry Sheppard deceased by producing an administration with the Will annexed of the said Henry Sheppard deceased bearing date the 11^th day of January 1817 and duly administered in the prerogative Court of the Archbishop of Canterbury the 17^th day of July 1820 Whereby it appears that the said Edward Wilbraham & William Browning Smith are so deemed deputed and constituted Administrators of the said Will whereby the said Edward Wilbraham & William Browning Smith are become entitled to the said Share and their Claim is hereby admitted.
M^r Nath^l Wathen attended on behalf of Eliza Ford and Miss Frances Ford of Clifton Hill near Bristol two of the Executrixes named in the last Will & Testament of Hannah Frances Ford of Clifton in the County of Gloucester Widow and made out their Claim to four Shares N^os 151, 77, 78 and 153 in the Stroudwater Navigation the property of the said Hannah Frances Ford deceased by producing the probate of the Will of the said deceased bearing date the 3rd day of April 1820 and duly proved in the prerogative Court of the Archbishop of Canterbury on the 14^th day of June last past by Eliza Ford Spinster a Daughter & one of the Executrixes named in the said will, whereby it appears that the said Eliza Ford together with Frances Ford and the Rev^d John Owen are ordained deputed & constituted Executrixes and Executor of the Will of the said deceased and whereby the said Eliza Ford and Frances Ford are entitled to the said four Shares and their Claim is hereby admitted.
