A contract be entered into for a person to remove the accumulation of mud and stone at the Ryeford wharf.
In future statute bushels with iron rims be used for measuring coal on all the company wharfs by their servants, instead of baskets.
Thomas Smith, John Blew and Joseph Blew claimed shares nos.42,122, will of Samuel Smith.

Ordered that a contract be entered into with a Person or Persons for removing the accumulation of Mud & Stone at the Ryeford Wharf.
Ordered that in future Statute Bushells with Iron Rims be used for measuring Coal on all the Companys Wharfs by their Servants instead of Basketts ~~ to be provided accordingly.
George Hawker attended on behalf of Thomas Smith John Blew & Joseph Blew the Executors named and appointed in & by the late Will & Testament of Samuel Smith late of Bromsgrove in the County of Worcester Gentleman bearing date the 14^h day of February 1821 & proved in the prerogative Court of the Archbishop of Canterbury the 19^th day of April 1821 & made out the Claim to two Shares N^os 42 & 122 in the Stroudwater Navigation late the property of the said Samuel Smith deceased, Whereby it appears that the said Thomas Smith John Blew and Joseph Blew are the Executors of the said Will and their claim is hereby admitted accordingly.
