George to Basham be engaged to repair the banks and take out the dirt at the canal at Dudbridge wharf for the sum of £12.
Beech timber to be bought to repair the trunks at Ebley.
At a Special Meeting of the Committee of the Stroudwater Navigation held at Dudbridge Wharf on Wednesday the 23rd day of May 1821
Present: D^r Darke, M^r Eycott, M^r Jones, M^r Snowden, M^r Morgan, M^r Holbrow.
Ordered that Geo Basham be agreed with to repair the banks & take out the dirt of the Canal at Dudbridge Wharf for the sum of twelve pounds, & which He engaged to finish on or before the 14^th of June next. Ordered that the Trunks of the Culverts at Ebley be examined & that some Beech Timber be bought for the purpose of repairing, provided the said Trunks can be repaired.
