At a Meeting of the Committee of the Stroudwater Navigation held at the Committee Room at Walbridge on Tuesday the 16^th day of October 1821
Present: D^r Darke, M^r Snowden, M^r Holbrow, M^r Wathen, Rev M^r James, M^r Morgan, M^r Jones.
Examined the Books & Accounts of the Company.
William Henry Stanton Esq^r appeared on behalf of William Stanton Esq^r & Thomas Holbrow Esq^r the Trustees named & appointed in & by the last Will & Testament of Henry Eycott late of Bonds Mill in the Parish of Stonehouse in the County of Gloucester Esq^r deceased, and made out their claim to Six Shares M^os 192, 142, 143, 114, 115 & 69 in the Stroudwater Navigation the property of the said Henry Eycott, by producing the Probate of the Will of the said Henry Eycott bearing date the 2^nd day of October 1821. Whereby it appears that the said William Stanton is sole Executor & a trustee of the said Will & that the said Thomas Holbrow is a Trustee named & appointed in & by the said Will, & their Claim is hereby admitted accordingly.
John Morgan Esq^r appeared on behalf of himself, Nathaniel Wathen Esq^r & the Rev^d Jn^o Williams DD, the Executors of the last Will & Testament of Rowles Scudamore late of the Grange in the Parish of Painswick in the County of Gloucester Esq^r deceased & made out their claim to one Share N^o 91 in the Stroudwater Navigation the property of the said Rowles Scudamore by producing the Probate of the Will of the said Rowles Scudamore bearing date the 8^th day of April 1816 & duly proved in the prerogative Court of the Archbishop of Canterbury the 22^nd day of September 1821. Whereby it appears that the said John Morgan, Nath^l Wathen & the Rev Jn^o Williams are the Executors of the said Will & their Claim is hereby admitted accordingly.
