Half Yearly General Meeting. Tonnage £2821 17s 2d. Balance after wages, etc, £1905 13s 0d. Dividend of £9 10s declared.
At a General half Yearly Meeting of the Proprietors of the Stroudwater Navigation held at the Georgy Inn Stroud on Wednesday the 17^th Oct^r 1821

The minutes of the last Meeting were read and confirmed. The several Books & Accounts were produced respecting the affairs of the Company (as directed by Act of Parliament) were examined confirmed.
It appears by the accounts that the Sum of £2821..17..2 had been received for Tonnage, etc, from the 15^th day of April last to the 13^th Instant, a part of which has been applied towards the payment of Wages, disbursements, etc, and that there remains in the Treasurers hands after paying the last dividend the sum of £1905..13..0.
Ordered that a dividend of £9..10..0 be paid on each Share by the Treasurer on the 1^st day of November next & that our Clerk do transmit circular Letters to all the Proprietors to inform them that they may draw upon the Treasurer or apply to him for payment of the same.
