Robert Snow and John Paul Paul claimed share no.3, will of Sir George Onesiphorus Paul.
At a Meeting of the Committee of the Stroudwater Navigation held at the Committee Room at Walbridge on Wednesday the 20^th day of November 1821
Present: M^r Jones, M^r Stanton, M^r Holbrow, M^r Wilson, M^r Snowden, M^r Wathen.
Examined the Books & accounts of the Company.
George Hawker appeared on behalf of Robert Snow of the City of Westminster Esqure and John Paul Paul of Highgrove in the Parish of Tetbury in the County of Gloucester Esq^r the Executors in trust named and appointed in & by the last Will & Testament of Sir Geo Onesiphorus Paul late of the Hill House in the Parish of Rodborough in the said County of Gloucester Baronet deceased, and made out theri Claim to one Share N^0 3 in the Stroudwater Navigation the property of the said Sir G O Paul; the will bearing date the 24^th day of January 1814 & the first Codicil the 31^sr day of March 1824 & duly proved in the prerogative Court of the Archbishop of Canterbury the 24^th day of October 1821. Whereby it appears that the said Robert Snow is named & appointed Executor in & by the said Will, And the said John Paul Paul is named & appointed Executor in & by the said first Codicil, and their Claim is hereby admitted accordingly.
