Company offered the sum of £10 in recompense to Richard Franklin of Ebley after mud was laid on his land.
At a Meeting of the Committee of the Stroudwater Navigation held at the Committee Room at Walbridge on Thursday 28^th day of February 1822
Present: M^r Jones, M^r Fisher, D^r Darke, M^r Snowden, M^r Holbrow, M^r Wilson, M^r Townsend.
Examined the Books and Accounts of the Company.
Ordered that our Clerk do offer Rich^d Franklin of Ebley the Sum of ten Pounds by way of damages for the laying the Mud on his Land near the double Locks.
