A reduction in price is to be made on the stock of coal on the wharfs of 1s per ton and that in future only 4d per ton shall be allowed for sale of coals, except at Stonehouse Wharf.
At a Meeting of the Committee of the Stroudwater Navigation held at the Committee Room at Walbridge ON Saturday the 27 day of April 1822
Present> M^r Holbrow, M^r Fisher, M^r Jones, M^r Snowden, D^r Darke, M^r Wathen, M^r Grazebrook.
Ordered That there shall be a reduction in the price of the present Stock of Coal on the Wharfs of One shilling per Tone. And that in future 4^d per Ton only shall be allowed for Sale of Coals, except at Stonehouse Wharf.
