A new pair of lock gates to be made and put in at Double Locks in the ensuing spring.

Read the minutes of the last Meeting.
Examined the books & accounts of the Company.
Ordered that a new pair of upper Lock Gates be made & put in at y^e double Locks in the ensuing Spring.
