Elizabeth Beardmore, Frances Ford and Eliza Ford claimed shares nos,101,18,19, will of Revd John Owen.
At a Meeting of the Committee of the Stroudwater Navigation held at the Committee Room at Walbridge on Tuesday 19^th day of October 1824
Present: Rev^d M^r James, M^r Holbrow, D^r Darke, M^r Grazebrook, M^r Jones, M^r Wilson, M^r Fisher, M^r Snowden, M^r Stanton.
Examined the Books an accounts of the Company.
M^r Nath^l Wathen attended and made out a claim to three Shares N^os 101, 18 & 19 the property of the late Rev^d John Owen, for and on the part of Elizabeth Beardmore of Islington in the County of Middlesex and Frances Ford and Eliza Ford of Clifton in the County of Gloucester Spinsters, by producing the probate of the Will of the said John Owen granted by the prerogative Court of the Archbishop of Canterbury on the 28^th day of June 1824 whereby administration was granted to the said Elizabeth Beardmore and Eliza Ford and reserved to the said Frances Ford, to which the said Elizabeth Beardmore, Eliza Ford and Frances Ford the said three Share were given in trust and their claim was allowed accordingly.
