Summary

Annual inspection on board a Barge,
The coping at Dudbridge lock to be repaired.
The bricks at the tail of the Double Lock be replaced and the Rack timbers repaired.
The Ryeford Swing Bridge to be repaired
Piles to be put in and banks repaired near the Blunder Lock.
The windows of Hanman's House be repaired and painted.
The brickwork of the lock at the Bristol Road to be pointed and repaired.
Mere stones to be put up to mark the boundaries of that part of the bed of the navigation, and other the land belonging to the Company which has been cut off by the diverted line at and near the Junction with the G&B Canal to preserve the Company’s right to the same.

At a Meeting of the Committee of the Stroudwater Navigation held on board a Barge on Tuesday the 15^th day of August 1826
Present: M^r Tho Holbrow, M^r Jones, M^r S Fisher, M^r Stanton, M^r Grazebrook, M^r Snowden, D^r Darke, M^r Wathen, M^r Jn^o Holbrow, M^r P H Fisher, M^r James, M^r Eycott.
Ordered that the Coping at Dudbridge Lock be repaired.
Also the Rack Timbers at the Double Lock.
That the bricks at the tail of double Lock be replaced.
That the Ryeford Swing Bridge be repaired.
That piles be put in & bank repaired near the Blunder Lock.
That the Windows, etc, of Hanman's house be painted & repaired.
That the Brick work of the Lock at the Bristol Road be pointed & repaired.
That Meer stones be put up, to mark the boundaries of that part of the Bed of the Navigation, and other the Land belonging to the Company, which has been cut off by the diverted line at and near the Junction with the Gloucester and Berkeley Canal; and to preserve the Company's Right to the same.
