Summary

Read a letter from Messrs Vizard and Buckaman (Mr Purnell's solicitors) calling attention to the hatches, culvert, etc at Whitminster Mills and Lock as diverting a large body of water from the old brook. The subject having been investigated, a letter is to be written in reply and the same be copied.
Ordered that the order of 20 February 1828 be confirmed and carried with effect forthwith; except that the south-east corner of the warehouse, which now projects into the turnpike road be taken off in line with the road.

At a Meeting of the Committee of the Stroudwater Navigation held at the Committee Room at Walbridge On Wednesday the 24^th of June 1829
Present: D^r Darke, M^r Jones, M^r S Fisher, M^r Wyatt, M^r Jn^o Holbrow, M^r P H Fisher.
Examined the Books & accounts of the Company.

The subject having been investigated, Ordered that a letter be written in reply and the same be copied.
Ordered That the order of 20^th Feby 1928 be confirmed and carried into effect forthwith, except that the south east corner of the Warehouse (which now projects into the Turnpike Road) be taken off in a line with the Road.
